The Fictional Places We’d Love to Call Home

I have to go with every fantasy geek’s, well, fantasy and say that I have always dreamed of living in Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings. There are so many beautiful settings in those books, from the peace and quiet of the Shire to Elrond’s house at Rivendell to the gleaming white towers of Minas Tirith. Of course, if I did live in Middle Earth, I would want to spend all my days wandering around taking in the scenery, despite the dangers at every turn (orcs and goblins and trolls and whatnot). I would have to see Mirrormere, and the forest of Lothlorien, and ride horses on the plains of Rohan. There are so many breathtaking scenes, I wouldn’t know where to start!
